Lynn McGregor RSW
Lynn McGregor was born in Pittenweem in the East Neuk of Fife.
She trained at Edinburgh College of Art.
Having lived and worked on an otherwise uninhabited island in Strangford Lough, Northern Ireland for thirteen years, she recently moved back to Scotland with writer husband Michael Faulkner and set up a studio on the shores of Loch Awe, in Argyll. The landscape of Strangford Lough and the west coast of Scotland are primary sources of inspiration for her work.
Lynn was elected RSW in 2001. Her semi-abstracted landscapes are shown in galleries throughout the UK.
